Guidelines
Registration Guidelines
- Start Time: Registration opens at 8:00 AM on the first day of the conference.
- Location: Specific details of the conference room location in Barcelona will be provided in the final program.
- Desk Hours: The registration desk will operate daily from 8:00 AM.
- Materials Provided: Attendees will receive a conference badge, folder, abstract book, and a detailed program upon registration.
- Meal Vouchers: Vouchers for lunch will be distributed at the registration desk; please present these vouchers to the catering staff when collecting your meal.
Speaker Guidelines
- Availability: Please refer to the final program for any last-minute adjustments and ensure you are present in the designated meeting room at the scheduled start time.
- Presentation Time: Each speaker is allocated 20-25 minutes for their presentation. We recommend planning your talk for 17-19 minutes to allow time for introductions and a question-and-answer session.
- Submission: Please submit your presentations in PDF or PPT format 15 days prior to the conference. Additionally, bring a backup copy on a USB drive.
- Equipment Provided: The conference venue is equipped with a digital projector, a laptop, microphones, and a basic sound system. The use of personal laptops is discouraged to avoid compatibility and time issues.
Poster Presentation Guidelines
- Setup: Poster presenters are required to set up their displays one hour prior to the session start time. Necessary materials for mounting posters will be provided.
- Dimensions: Each poster display must not exceed 1m x 1m.
- Attendance: Presenters must be available at their poster during the session to discuss their work with attendees.
- Awards: The best poster presentations will be recognized and awards will be based on the decisions of the appointed judges.
Virtual Presentation Guidelines
- Access: Registered virtual participants will receive a meeting invitation with a personalized user ID a few days before the event.
- Preparation: We advise joining the webinar 30 minutes prior to the start time to address any technical issues.
- Presentation: Virtual presentations should be timed for 17-19 minutes to ensure there is ample time for an interactive question-and-answer session following your talk.
Certification
- Issuance: All attendees will receive a certificate of participation signed by the organizing committee members. These certificates will be distributed during or immediately after the session.
- E-Certificate: An electronic version of your certificate will be emailed within 2-3 business days following the conclusion of the conference.
- Note for Co-authors: Co-authors who are not registered for the conference will not be eligible to receive certificates.
