Registration Guidelines
- Event Format: This 2-day, single-track conference features a curated program of keynote addresses, oral presentations, and a dedicated poster session. For the complete schedule, please visit the Scientific Program page.
- Keynote Speakers: Registration is complimentary and available by invitation only.
- Oral & Poster Presenters: Abstract submission and acceptance are mandatory prior to registration.
- Delegates/Listeners: May register directly without submitting an abstract. Please note that delegates/listeners are not permitted to present or promote brands or products.
- Industry Participation: Companies interested in showcasing products or services should refer to the Sponsors page for exhibition and sponsorship opportunities.
- Abstract Submission: All abstracts must be submitted through the official conference portal before presenter registration.
- Confirmation of Registration: Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of payment (where applicable) and/or formal acceptance notification.
- Notifications: Acceptance letters and further instructions will be communicated via email.
- Deadlines & Policies: Please refer to the conference website for submission deadlines, abstract guidelines, and cancellation policies.
- Early Registration: As participation slots are limited, early abstract submission and registration are strongly encouraged.

- Dedicated poster viewing and interaction sessions
- Certificate specifying Poster Presentation
- Accommodation is not included in the registration fee
- Once the official partner hotel is announced, participants will receive:
- Preferred room rates (subject to availability)
- Booking instructions to reserve accommodation directly with the hotel
