Registration fees vary based on:
- The registration category (Speaker, Poster Presenter, or Delegate)
- The registration period (Super Early Bird, Early Bird, Mid Term, or Final Registration)

For all in-person participants, the registration fee includes:
- Access to all conference sessions, keynote talks, and panel discussions
- Conference materials (name badge, conference folder, abstract book, and final program)
- Lunch and coffee/refreshment breaks during conference days
- Certificate of participation or presentation, signed by the Organizing Committee
Accommodation and travel expenses are not included unless explicitly stated.
Yes, refunds are subject to the following cancellation policy:
How to Cancel:
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to the conference secretariat.
Refund Policy:
- More than 90 days before the conference:
Registration fees will be refunded after deducting a €100 administrative fee. - Less than 90 days before the conference:
No refunds will be issued. However, the paid registration fee may be transferred to a future edition of this conference or another related event.
Refund Processing:
Approved refunds will be processed within two weeks after the conclusion of the conference.
Special Circumstances:
In case of conference postponement due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, public emergencies), registration fees will be transferred to a future event. Refunds will not be issued in such cases.
Accommodation is not included in the registration fee. Once the official conference venue or partner hotel is announced, participants will receive information about preferred room rates and booking instructions. Participants are also free to arrange accommodation independently.
Researchers and professionals interested in presenting their work may submit an abstract through the Abstract Submission portal on the conference website. Information regarding submission guidelines, deadlines, and review processes is provided on the Abstract Submission page.
Yes. The conference includes multiple in-person networking opportunities such as:
