Registration fees vary based on whether you choose in-person or virtual participation and the timing of your registration (early bird, standard, and late). Check our registration page for detailed fee information.
For in-person attendees, the fee covers access to all conference sessions, a conference kit, and complimentary refreshments and meals provided during the conference days. Virtual attendees will receive access to live streams of the sessions and recordings post-conference.
- How to Cancel: Please send cancellation requests via email to the conference secretary.
- Refund Details:
- More than 90 Days Before the Conference: Cancellations received more than 90 days before the conference start date will be refunded, minus a $100 administrative fee.
- Less than 90 Days Before the Conference: No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 90 days of the conference. However, you may apply your registration fee to a future event.
- Processing Refunds: Refunds will be processed within two weeks following the conference’s conclusion.
- Special Circumstances: If the conference is postponed due to unexpected events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or public emergencies, refunds are not available. Instead, we will apply your fees towards any future edition of this conference or another related event.
We offer discounts for early bird registration, students, and groups. Please check our registration page for more information on available discounts.
You can book your accommodation through the registration process or independently once the venue is announced. Early booking is recommended due to high demand.
