Cancellation and Refund Policy
At Scirator Conferences LLP, we are committed to providing a smooth and enriching experience for all our participants. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below:
Cancellation by Participants
- How to Cancel: Please send all cancellation requests in writing via email to the conference secretary at sciratorconferences@gmail.com.
- Refund Details:
- More than 90 Days Before the Conference: Cancellations received more than 90 days before the conference start date will be refunded, minus a $100 administrative fee.
- Less than 90 Days Before the Conference: No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 90 days of the conference. However, attendees may choose to apply their registration fee to a future event.
Cancellations by the Organizer
- Event Postponement or Cancellation: If the conference is postponed or cancelled due to unexpected events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or public emergencies, refunds will not be available. Instead, registration fees will be applied to any future edition of this conference or another related event organized by Scirator Conferences LLP.
Substitutions
- Registrations are transferable if you cannot attend the event. You may nominate a substitute by notifying us at least 30 days prior to the event via email. Please include all relevant details of the substitute attendee in your communication.
Refund Process
- Timing: Approved refunds will be processed within two weeks following the conference’s conclusion.
- Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during registration.
Exceptions
- This policy applies to all standard events. Specific events or ticket types may have unique terms, which will be detailed in the event description.
