Abstract Submission Guidelines

Authors are invited to submit abstracts of original research relevant to the scientific themes of the conference. All submissions will be reviewed by the conference organizers for scientific merit, relevance, clarity, and alignment with the meeting’s scope.

1. Abstract Preparation

  • Abstracts must be written in clear, concise English.
  • Each abstract should be structured to address the following elements:
    • Background
    • Objectives
    • Methodology (where applicable)
    • Key Results / Observations
    • Conclusions
  • Submissions must present original, unpublished work not currently under consideration for publication elsewhere.
  • Abstracts must adhere to all formatting and length requirements (e.g., word count, font, headings) as specified within the online submission system.
  • All mandatory fields in the submission form must be completed accurately.

2. Submission and Review Process

  • Abstracts will undergo review by the conference organizing committee.
  • Evaluation is based on scientific relevance, methodological rigor, clarity of presentation, and significance of the findings within the context of the conference themes.
  • Consistent review criteria are applied to all submissions.
  • Notification of acceptance or rejection will be sent to the corresponding author via email by the notification date specified on the conference website.

3. Presentation Format

  • Accepted abstracts may be selected for oral presentation, poster presentation, or other designated formats.
  • The final assignment of presentation format is at the discretion of the organizers, based on program requirements, thematic coherence, and schedule constraints.
  • The conference committee reserves the right to make final decisions regarding session placement and format.

4. Registration and Participation

  • Abstract submission does not constitute registration for the conference.
  • At least one author of each accepted abstract must complete conference registration and pay the applicable fee by the early-bird or standard registration deadline to confirm participation and secure a place in the program.
  • Failure to register within the specified deadline will result in the withdrawal of the abstract from the final program and proceedings.

5. Publication and Use of Abstracts

  • With the author’s consent, accepted abstracts will be published in the official conference abstract book and/or digital proceedings.
  • The organizers reserve the right to make minor editorial corrections for grammar, clarity, or formatting that do not alter the scientific meaning of the work.

6. Author Responsibilities and Policies

  • Authors are solely responsible for the accuracy, originality, and ethical integrity of the submitted content, including obtaining necessary permissions and disclosing conflicts of interest.
  • Any request for changes to authorship, title, or content after the submission deadline must be formally submitted to and approved by the organizers.
  • By submitting an abstract, authors acknowledge and agree to comply with all conference policies and guidelines outlined here.
